Our first, distant, view of Olchon Island.
Our coach trip across the steppes and forests ended at Maloje More (Little Sea) for a short ferry crossing to the Island.
On the Island we boarded Russian, 4×4 minibuses which sped down the sandy island roads towards the town of Chuzir.
