A few days at Trewethett Farm Caravan Club Site near Tintagel. The site has a great location adjacent to the Coast Path with views across Rocky Valley to the cliffs and headland.
A room with a view.
The coastline between Tintagel and Boscastle is among the most beautiful an dramatic coastal scenery in England. The photos below show some scenes from a walk to Tintagel, in the afternoon of 3rd May. Firstly, a shot from Rocky Valley, next the view east from the Cliffs above Bossiney Haven and lastly Tintagel Castle from the headland Barras Nose. The main shot below is of Tintagel Castle from Glebe Cliffs to the west.
On the 4th May I walked the coast path to Boscastle. There were Wheatears and skylarks along the cliff path, Guillemots and Razorbills on the rocks beyond the shore and Peregrines and Kestrels swooping overhead. The first three images are examples of the stone and slate stiles along the way.
In Boscastle I met Kevin and Jane, a very distinctive couple on holiday from Shepton Mallet.
